Working closely with government schools, Anganwadis, learning centres, and rural communities, Sampoorna Shiksha designs education interventions that respond directly to classroom realities. Role SummaryWe are looking for 2 Program Executives to work with our Programs and Operations team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role involving volunteer coordination, program support, and basic field work.
What You Will Do- Assist in volunteer management and day-to-day coordination
- Support program execution and on-ground activities
- Help with basic data entry, trackers, and documentation
- Support the Head of Operations and Volunteer Manager as required
- Participate in field visits when needed
What We’re Looking For- Graduate in any discipline
- Interest in education or social sector work
- Organised and reliable
- Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Canva is a plus
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
