We are looking for a highly capable Program Director to lead one of our strategic, ongoing project engagements focused on application modernization and development for a core insurance platform. This is a critical, high-visibility role driving large-scale transformation for a key client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large, multi-stream transformation program for a core insurance platform.
- Oversee application development and modernization initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for a team of ~60 resources, including onsite and offshore teams.
- Ensure adherence to tight project timelines, quality standards, and SLAs in a demanding customer environment.
- Act as the primary program owner for stakeholders, driving governance, risk management, and communication.
Location
- Malaysia – Candidate must be willing to be based in Malaysia for the entire project duration.
