Role Overview:
The Program Delivery Manager – Fintech will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey from post-onboarding to successful go-live and activation of services across Payment Gateway (PG), Pay-in, Payout, and Escrow solutions. This role requires strong coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and faster go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-Live Program Management
1 Own complete go-live responsibility with strict TAT adherence post-onboarding
2 Drive the customer journey from onboarding completion to successful activation
3 Ensure timely activation of Payment Gateway (PG), Pay-in, Payout, and Escrow solutions
1 Collaborate with internal teams: Sales, Alliances, Product, Tech, and Operations
2 Coordinate with external stakeholders: partner banks, PG partners, and merchant teams
3 Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for updates and escalations
- Banking & Integration Coordination
1 Facilitate integrations with banking partners and payment gateway providers
2 Ensure accurate configuration of PG workflows, payout systems, and escrow mechanisms
3 Lead UAT cycles and readiness checks
- Customer Activation & Support
1 Guide customers through integration, testing, and activation
2 Ensure smooth first live transaction
3 Resolve blockers impacting timelines
- Process Monitoring & Improvement
1 Track go-live metrics and SLA performance
2 Improve onboarding-to-go-live turnaround time
3 Provide structured updates and reports
Skills & Competencies:
1 Strong understanding of PG, Pay-in, Payout, and Escrow workflows
2 Experience with banks, payment gateways, or fintech platforms
3 Excellent communication and stakeholder management 4 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background:
1 Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Digital Payments
2 Exposure to banking APIs and integrations
3 Knowledge of settlement flows and reconciliation
Success Metrics:
1 Reduction in onboarding-to-go-live TAT
2 % of customers activated within timelines
3 First transaction success rate
4 Reduction in go-live delays
