Role Description
We're hiring our Program & Delivery Lead to make that funding real and provable. You'll turn “we can fund research” into “we funded it, delivered it, and can prove every rupee” and build the delivery and compliance backbone that lets CSR funders trust us with more.
What you'll do
Programme Design & Delivery
Design and run funded research programmes end-to-end — scope, milestones, timelines and quality of outcomes.
Track progress against objectives and KPIs; spot delivery risks early and drive fixes.
CSR Compliance & Impact Reporting
Build and run audit-grade CSR reporting — utilisation, 80G documentation, milestone evidence and impact narratives.
Create the evidence trail that lets any donor or auditor verify outcomes on demand.
Grantee & Institution Stewardship
Be the primary delivery liaison for grantees, host institutions and CSR-donor contacts.
Keep funded projects — and funders — confident, engaged and renewing.
Platform & Team
Operate the delivery workflow on the DreamXec platform and feed clear product requirements back.
Recruit, scope and manage delivery fellows/volunteers.
What we're looking for
4-8 years in social-sector / CSR programme delivery, grant management or development-sector operations.
A track record of donor-reporting and compliance discipline (audit-grade documentation).
0-to-1 ownership — you build process from scratch and stay calm in ambiguity.
Tier-2/3 fluency, strong written communication and genuine India-context literacy.
Real energy for research and education equity.
Bonus points for exposure to research/education funding, the ANRF/CSR ecosystem, or trust/80G operations and audits.
