Were looking for a dynamic, motivated, and creative Program/Sr. Program Counsellors as part of our Degree and Certification (Online Sales).
In this role, youll get to:
Counsel a mature predigree of senior and mid-level working professionals on various programs sold by Imarticus Learning
Manage and convert leads for versatile Imarticus’ programs which are in collaboration with great Tier one institutes like IIM and IIT
Drive to entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well qualified leads till the final conversion that is enrollment in the program
Own up the work with follow-ups & with prospects in completing the payment and other formalities
Deliver monthly number of enrollments that results into revenue in the company
Mentor learners and knack for sales and positioning an idea

The Experience You Bring to the Table:
● 2-7 years of experience in Sales field
● Pleasing personality with good listening skills, strong persuasion and consultative selling skills
● Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills
● Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy
● Be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
