Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible to make outbound calls to manage and convert leads for state-of-the-art programs across
domains such as Finance, Analytics, Full Stack and Marketing
• Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth
information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social
media.
• Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and enrollments
• Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
• Be responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
• Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to
the Manager in order to optimize lead closure.
• Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
Skill Required:
• 1-5 years of proven experience in Inside Sales using cold or warm leads
• Ability to connect with the customer and try to offer the best solution for his career. Customer needs first!
• High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels
• Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone,
email & face to face).
• Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers
• Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
