Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Program Counsellor for a full-time, on-site position at our Pune Division. As a Program Counsellor, you will guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, answer inquiries, and provide insights into career opportunities. You will manage end-to-end interactions with clients, maintain records, and perform follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with teams to achieve enrollment goals and providing tailored guidance based on individual aspirations and interests.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of counseling, student guidance, or career advisory practices
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and related software applications
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Educational background or experience in education, career counselling, or customer support is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related fied
