Role Overview: Admission Counsellor Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into application registrations (K1 stage)
- Engage and counsel prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Drive admission test participation and application completion
- Consistently achieve sales and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Ensure smooth transition of qualified leads to the enrollment team
