Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Program Coordinator based in Mysuru. The Program Coordinator will manage the development and execution of programs, assist in project management activities, and provide administrative support for program-related initiatives. This includes coordinating communication between teams, training and execution of our projects, data documentation and ensuring program objectives are achieved efficiently. The role also requires interaction with colleges to provide excellent service and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Masters in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Allied Life sciences, candidated with prior experience workkng in an innovation hub preffered.
- Strong Program Management and Program Development skills for effectively planning, executing, and evaluating programs.
- Proficiency in Project Management to handle multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and innovative environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Familiarity with using project management tools and methodologies is beneficial.
