A fast-growing, founder-led consulting firm working with 75+ organizations across banking, manufacturing, pharma, fintech, and EPC. Their work spans leadership academies, culture transformation, and org design.
You will work directly with founders, senior mentors, and CHROs of large enterprises from your first week.

This firm is scaling fast and needs someone who can hold the architecture of a complex leadership programme together — and also think. Someone who reads, researches, forms a point of view on where HR and leadership practice is headed, and brings that thinking into client conversations and content.
What You Will Own
Programme Coordination
- Own end-to-end timelines and project trackers for large leadership journeys across multiple client accounts
- Coordinate with client SPOCs, internal mentors, and facilitators to keep programmes on track
- Track impact metrics, learning journeys, and feedback loops — and flag early when something is slipping
- Obsess over execution details so that client experiences are seamless
Research & Insight
- Conduct secondary research on HR trends, leadership science, learning methodologies, and org design
- Build client-ready decks, frameworks, and executive summaries from that research
- Stay current on what leading firms (Big 4, boutique OD consultancies, global HR bodies) are publishing — and have a view on it
- Suggest new learning methodologies, programme structures, and tools that the firm can offer clients
- Contribute to the firm's content strategy — what to write about, what trends to flag, what perspectives to publish
Client Interface
- Participate in client review meetings and take ownership of follow-through
- Anticipate issues before they escalate — not wait to be told
- Communicate with CHROs and senior leaders with confidence and clarity
Experience & Background
- 2 to 5 years in consulting, research, OD, programme management, learning & development, or startup operations
- MBA from a reputed institution (mandatory — this role is built for structured thinkers with genuine intellectual curiosity; applications without an MBA will not be evaluated)
- Demonstrable interest in HR, people science, leadership, or organisational behaviour — through coursework, projects, published writing, or prior work

Compensation
INR 6–8 Lacs CTC (Fixed + Performance Variable)
