Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and prepare necessary materials (5%)
- Assure at project completion that all necessary documentation is properly submitted in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) (20%)
- Keep program plans up to date, support Program Manager to get a clear view of status. (20%)
- Develop method to coordinate and manage data and reports. (20%)
- Oversees sampling timelines to meet customers’ deadlines (20%)
- Support Automotive documentation requirements (15%)
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Good English Language reading, writing and speaking
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet applications and time management software including Gantt charts
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Minimum Bachelor degree with preference for Program Management
Desired Qualifications
- Marketing and/or Sales background
- Experience working in program management for semiconductor industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Good English Language reading, writing and speaking
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet applications and time management software including Gantt charts
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
