Program Coordinator / Learning Facilitator — HyperVerge Academy (1-Year Engagement)
This role is simple to explain. Hard to execute.
You’ll be responsible for helping ~100 learners from under-resourced backgrounds become employable and land their first job in tech.
Not by managing spreadsheets.
But by working closely with people — consistently, patiently, and with ownership.
About HyperVerge Academy
HyperVerge Academy (HVA) is the social impact initiative of HyperVerge.
We run a fully-funded, year-long mentorship program that takes learners from potential → employability → jobs.
So far, 200+ learners have transitioned into tech careers, often becoming the first in their families to earn a stable income in the industry.
What You’ll Own?
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of ~100 learners across ~8 batches.
1. Selection & Onboarding
- Support identifying the right learners and mentors
- Drive structured onboarding experiences
2. Learner Outcomes (Core Responsibility)
- Ensure 80%+ learners meet learning outcomes
- Keep at-risk learners under 30%
- Maintain <15% drop-offs
3. Engagement & Development
- Drive participation in live sessions and async learning
- Act as the primary support system for your learners
4. Placements
- Work towards 100% placement for your cohort
- Target outcomes:
- Avg salary: ₹5 LPA
- Minimum: ₹3.6 LPA
What This Role Actually Involves?
- Following up with learners who disappear midway
- Motivating someone who has lost confidence
- Having tough, honest conversations when needed
- Managing multiple learners at different stages
- Figuring things out when there’s no clear playbook
If you’re looking for a predictable, low-ownership role — this is not it.
Who is This For?
This role is ideal for:
- 0–3 years experience (or equivalent ownership in projects/startups/communities)
- People who have worked closely with others — mentoring, leading, building communities, running programs
You’ll do well here if you:

- Care deeply about people, but can still push them
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out
- Have high energy, consistency, and emotional resilience
