Company Description: The Deltin Foundation is the CSR initiative of Delta Corp Limited, building on years of experience, funding impactful projects across India, with a strong presence in Goa. The foundation focuses on education, welfare, and sustainable initiatives to address critical gaps in communities. Key programs include improving learning quality and educational infrastructure, and a Scholarship Project for children from underprivileged backgrounds. The foundation also supports healthcare initiatives and animal welfare and well-being as part of its broader mission. Its holistic approach aims to create inclusive, empowered communities and drive sustainable, long-term change for marginalised and vulnerable groups.
Role Description: The Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji, responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of the foundation’s education, welfare, and sustainability programs. The role includes planning and monitoring program activities, maintaining timelines, and ensuring that project milestones and reporting requirements are met. The Program Coordinator will liaise with schools, community partners, vendors, and internal teams to support initiatives such as scholarships, educational infrastructure upgrades, and the Green School project. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analysing program data, preparing progress reports and presentations, assisting in budget tracking, and ensuring adherence to organisational policies and CSR objectives. The role also involves organising events and field visits, supporting outreach and stakeholder communications, and identifying opportunities to improve program effectiveness and impact.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Program Development skills to design, implement, and refine CSR and community-focused initiatives.
- Solid Project Management abilities, including planning, coordination, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines and resources.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with community members, partners, beneficiaries, and internal stakeholders professionally and empathetically.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development studies, education, management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in CSR, nonprofit, education, or community development programs, preferably with field-level coordination responsibilities.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with maintaining reports, databases, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with local context in Goa and willingness to travel for site visits and community engagements as required.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in coordinating community-based programs, preferably within NGOs, CSR initiatives, or development projects.
- Proficiency in Konkani, Marathi, and English (both spoken and written) will be an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for field travel.

Contract Terms & Compensation
- Contract Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension based on performance and project needs)
