Program Coordinator – Management Education & CertificationsOrganization: Bangalore Management Association (BMA)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Reporting To: Director – Management Development Centre (MDC)
Role SummaryThe Program Coordinator will support the successful delivery of Education and Certification programs conducted in collaboration with the All India Management Association (AIMA). The role emphasizes participant mobilization, logistics, and smooth coordination of events, ensuring high‑quality execution and participant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Program Coordination – Manage scheduling, venue arrangements, participant registration, and day‑to‑day logistics.
- Industry Outreach Support – Assist senior leadership in contacting corporates, institutions, and associations to encourage participation.
- Event Operations – Oversee workshops, seminars, and certification ceremonies, ensuring smooth execution.
- Participant Assistance – Guide participants through enrollment, certification requirements, and post‑program communication.
- Reporting – Maintain attendance records, feedback summaries, and prepare basic reports for the MDC Director.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, event management, or training administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage logistics effectively.
- Exposure to academic institutions or professional associations preferred.
