About the position
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Program Coordinator-Accounts to support the Finance & Revenue Operations Manager in fee collection tracking, documentation, coordination with accounts and vendors, record maintenance, and operational finance activities to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
Nature of Job: Full Time
Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years (Edtech Experience Preferable)
Job Role and Responsibilities
1. Collection & Due Tracking Support
- Assist in maintaining daily and monthly fee collection records.
- Track outstanding dues and follow up with participants for payments.
- Support preparation of participant-wise due reports.
2. Accounting & Documentation Support
- Share daily transaction details with Accounts for system updates.
3. Vendor & Payment Coordination
- Support vendor registration documentation and approval tracking.
- Assist in preparing payment requests and follow up on disbursements.
4. Operational Activities
- Assist in Amazon voucher tracking and issuance logs.
- Coordinate food bookings and operational requests.
5. Administrative & Process Support
- Support automation initiatives like due reminder emails.
- Assist in event‑related administrative coordination
- Maintain event‑wise expense records and supporting documents.
- Help in post‑event expense submission and closure.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- B.Com / BBA (Finance/Accounts preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations or admin support
- Basic knowledge of accounting and Excel
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
