We are looking for enthusiastic interns to support program planning, coordination, and organizational operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to working in the social development sector.
Role Description
The Program Coordination & Outreach Intern will be responsible for supporting the management and implementation of programs, analyzing data, assisting in communication efforts, providing training support, and ensuring excellent community service. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, working with stakeholders, addressing queries, and supporting outreach initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in program planning and coordination
- Support event execution and field activities
- Coordinate with volunteers and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and prepare basic reports
- Assist in administrative and operational tasks
- Support digital outreach and communication activities
Eligibility
- MBA / MSW students or recent graduates
- Strong interest in social impact and development sector
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Duration
6 – 12 months
