Role Description
This is an on-site internship role as a Program Center Manager based in Bengaluru. The Program Center Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bloom center, manage schedules for workshops and sessions, and ensure exceptional customer experiences for attendees. Responsibilities include organizing events, coordinating with instructors and participants, maintaining records, and promoting programs to attract new participants. The role also involves resolving any issues efficiently and contributing to the growth and success of the center.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple programs and schedules.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to liaise with instructors, participants, and partners.
- Marketing and promotional expertise to effectively promote workshops and events.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges and ensure smooth functioning.
- Familiarity with tools or software for scheduling and record-keeping is a plus.
- Passion for creative arts and the ability to create a positive and inspiring environment for learners.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
