About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Program Associate - CSR Partnerships & Strategic Engagement on behalf of a leading sustainability-focused organization working at the intersection of climate action, ecological regeneration, youth leadership, and ecosystem development.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building meaningful partnerships, engaging with corporates and institutions, supporting fundraising efforts, and contributing to high-impact sustainability initiatives.
About the Role
As a Program Associate, you will play a key role in expanding the organization's network of CSR partners, foundations, educational institutions, ecosystem stakeholders, and strategic collaborators.
You will support partnership development, donor engagement, proposal development, fundraising initiatives, stakeholder management, research, and programme coordination while contributing to projects creating measurable environmental and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
1.CSR Partnerships & Institutional Outreach
a.Identify and engage potential CSR partners, corporates, foundations, trusts, and philanthropic organizations.
b.Build and maintain relationships with companies, educational institutions, NGOs, and ecosystem partners.
c.Maintain a robust database of prospective partners, CSR heads, sustainability leaders, and funding organizations.
d.Support meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and partnership discussions.
2.Fundraising & Proposal Development
a.Research CSR priorities, grant opportunities, and philanthropic funding avenues.
b.Support preparation of CSR proposals, concept notes, grant applications, partnership decks, and fundraising presentations.
c.Assist in developing customized partnership opportunities aligned with organizational programmes.
d.Coordinate documentation required for donor submissions and partnership proposals.
3.Research & Strategic Development
a.Conduct research on:
- CSR regulations and funding priorities
- ESG and sustainability initiatives
- Climate action and ecological regeneration
- Foundations and donor landscapes
- Corporate sustainability strategies
- Government and institutional funding opportunities
- Social impact programmes and emerging trends
b.Assist in evaluating potential collaborations, pilots, partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities.
4.Stakeholder Engagement & Programme Support
a.Coordinate with corporate partners, donors, educational institutions, startups, NGOs, and ecosystem stakeholders.
b.Support execution of CSR partnerships, institutional collaborations, workshops, conferences, and engagement programmes.
c.Facilitate stakeholder communication and relationship management.
d.Coordinate meetings and maintain partnership documentation.
5.Impact Tracking, Reporting & Communications
a.Develop presentations, reports, impact summaries, partnership updates, and communication materials.
b.Support preparation of impact reports and donor communications.
c.Maintain partnership trackers, CRM databases, and documentation.
d.Assist in documenting programme outcomes and impact metrics.
