Program Associate - Youth & Media
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1-3 Years

About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Program Associate on behalf of a leading sustainability-focused organization working at the intersection of Climate action, youth engagement, and ecosystem development.
Selected candidate will support the growth and execution of the company’s youth engagement and sustainability communication initiatives.
The role is ideal for high-agency individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about youth leadership, sustainability, communications, and programme execution. You will contribute towards developing impactful programmes, strengthening stakeholder relationships, creating meaningful content, and supporting initiatives that promote climate awareness and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
1.Youth Programme Coordination
a.Support the growth and engagement of youth leadership and sustainability programmes.
b.Coordinate outreach and engagement with schools, universities, educational institutions, youth organisations, students, educators, and ecosystem partners.
c.Support execution of sustainability leadership programmes, Model United Nations (MUN) conferences, climate action initiatives, conferences, workshops, competitions, hackathons, and youth engagement events.
d.Assist in developing and executing campaigns that encourage youth participation and leadership.
2.Media & Communications
a.Research, curate, and develop content related to sustainability, climate innovation, ecological regeneration, and youth leadership.
b.Support content creation across articles, newsletters, interviews, social media, and digital campaigns.
c.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop impactful communication assets.
d.Support planning and execution of webinars, podcasts, interviews, and thought leadership initiatives.
e.Maintain editorial calendars and content pipelines.
3.Digital Marketing & Communications
a.Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
b.Develop content including social media posts, newsletters, presentations, event highlights, promotional materials, and impact stories.
c.Support community engagement across digital platforms.
e.Track content and campaign performance and recommend improvements.
4.Program Coordination & Operations
a.Support planning and execution of:
- Workshops and ecosystem events
- Leadership programs and conferences
- Innovation challenges and accelerator initiatives
- Institutional engagement programs
- Community and stakeholder engagement activities
b.Coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, track action items, and ensure smooth program execution.
