Job details:
The Program Associate will support the academic, administrative, and coordination activities of the respective department. The role involves assisting in program execution, documentation, student coordination, academic scheduling, departmental communication, event management, accreditation-related work, and maintaining departmental records. The candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Academic & Administrative Support
- Assist in smooth functioning of departmental academic and administrative activities.
- Coordinate class schedules, faculty requirements, timetables, and student records.
- Maintain departmental documentation, reports, attendance records, and files.
- Support examination-related activities, internal assessments, and result documentation.
- Prepare official correspondence, notices, circulars, and departmental reports.
Student Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for students regarding academic schedules, assignments, and departmental activities.
- Coordinate student mentoring, project submissions, internships, industrial visits, and training activities.
- Assist in organizing orientation programs, workshops, seminars, FDPs, guest lectures, and conferences.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain NAAC/NBA/NIRF/PCI/UGC/AICTE-related departmental documentation and data.
- Support accreditation, audit, ranking, and compliance activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of departmental records and MIS reports
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with faculty members, administration, examination department, and other university departments.
- Assist in industry interaction, placement coordination, and departmental outreach activities.
- Handle email communication and departmental correspondence professionally.
Technical & System Support:
- Maintain data in MS Excel, Word, ERP, Google Sheets, and departmental software systems.
- Support online documentation, digital filing, and report generation.
- Manage departmental presentations and data compilation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Management, IT, Computer Science, Science, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, administration, or university operations preferred.
- Freshers with good communication from tier1, tier2 institute with good computer skills can also apply.
Required Skills:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
· Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
· Basic knowledge of academic processes and accreditation documentation.
· Team player with problem-solving ability and professional attitude.
