Role Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring ILF’s programs run effectively across partners, timelines, and data.
The work involves coordinating across multiple stakeholders, driving follow-ups, ensuring complete and reliable data, and translating program outputs into clear, funder-ready reports.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role.
Core Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Execution
- Manage day-to-day coordination across multiple programs and partners
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and delays
- Drive follow-ups and ensure closure on pending items
Data, Reporting & Documentation
- Collect, review, and organise program data (quantitative and qualitative)
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing inputs
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all reporting
- Maintain structured documentation and tracking systems
Impact Reporting & Outputs
- Lead the creation of impact reports across programs
- Collate and synthesise inputs from multiple partners
- Translate data into clear, structured outputs for funders
- Support partners in refining proposals and reports
Partner Management
- Act as the primary coordination point for implementation partners
- Ensure timely submission of updates, data, and deliverables
- Drive accountability through consistent follow-ups
Field Engagement
- Coordinate and conduct periodic field visits
- Validate program data and capture on-ground insights

- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Consistent follow-through and ownership
- Comfort working with incomplete or evolving information
- Ability to drive accountability across stakeholders
- Strong written communication for structured reporting

Remote (India), with periodic field travel
