About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and academically inclined Sr. Teaching Associate to support the delivery of our flagship PGP.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of academics, program delivery and student learning experience. You will work closely with faculty, mentors and the program office to ensure seamless execution of courses while maintaining high academic rigor.
The role demands a strong blend of subject matter understanding, execution excellence and stakeholder coordination, with direct exposure to teaching, research and academic program management.

Responsibilities
Academic Support & Course Delivery
- Assist mentors in preparing course outlines, session plans, pre-reads, presentations, and teaching aids
- Ensure timely rollout of course materials, including pre-reads, post-session decks and assignments
- Act as a bridge between faculty and program office to track deliverables and maintain academic timelines
- Support in designing and managing assessments (quizzes, assignments, exams) under faculty guidance
Student Learning & Evaluation
- Serve as the first point of contact for academic queries related to coursework, assignments and evaluations
- Conduct and support assessment processes, including creation, administration and evaluation of quizzes/exams
- Assist in grading, feedback sharing and performance tracking
- Handle and resolve re-evaluation requests in coordination with faculty and program teams
Program Coordination & Administration
- Support class scheduling and coordination for internal and external faculty
- Assist in invigilation, student presentations and academic activities
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day academic operations
- Collaborate with the program office on curriculum execution and improvements
Research & Faculty Support
- Assist faculty in research activities, including data collection, cleaning, analysis and report writing
- Support development of academic content, case material and research outputs
Mentor & Faculty Management
- Support sourcing and onboarding of mentors/faculty for relevant subject areas
- Coordinate with mentors to ensure alignment on course delivery and expectations
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA is Mandatory
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (teaching/research/academic coordination preferred)
- Candidates with Teaching/Research Assistant experience at reputed institutions will be preferred
- Candidates enrolled in or planning to pursue a PhD are preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple academic deliverables and timelines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work closely with faculty, students, and cross-functional teams
