Program Associate - Microsoft Programs

Role Summary
- We are hiring early-career MBA graduates (0–2 years experience) from leading Indian business schools to work on Microsoft enterprise programs.
- This role sits within the Enterprise PMO and focuses on supporting and driving large Microsoft-facing training and skilling programs. You will work closely with senior program leads, delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
- The role combines program management, stakeholder communication, delivery coordination, and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of Microsoft enterprise programs
- Prepare agendas, status reports, and stakeholder updates
- Track program timelines, milestones, and risks
- Coordinate across delivery teams (trainers, content, LMS, technical)
- Support stakeholder calls and capture decisions and action items
- Maintain program dashboards and reporting
- Monitor delivery progress and escalate risks early
- Assist in managing scope changes and project documentation
