Program Architect & Corporate Trainer
(Freelance / Visiting Faculty / Consultant Basis)
Wilfred’s Academy is currently looking to collaborate with experienced learning professionals, curriculum developers, trainers, and workshop experts to build practical, industry-oriented learning programs under the Wilfred’s Academy brand.
We are currently planning programs and workshops focused on our corporate L&D Vertical:
• Campus to Career Programs
• Career Acceleration & Job Readiness Programs
• Corporate Communication & Behavioural Training
• Leadership Essentials & Leadership Workshops
• Workplace Readiness
• Soft Skills & Presentation Skills
• Sales, Customer Handling & Business Communication
• Corporate Learning & Development Programs
• Professional Growth & Employability Enhancement
We are specifically looking for professionals who can:
✅ Design and structure end-to-end curriculum/programs
✅ Create customized learning modules and workshop frameworks
✅ Support with assessments, activities, and training flow
✅ Deliver selected programs as Visiting Faculty / Freelance Trainers
✅ Help build scalable online, offline, weekend, and recorded learning models
Professionals with ready frameworks, workshop models, or existing curriculum architecture will be an added advantage.
This is currently not a traditional full-time role. We are looking to build a strong expert panel during the academy’s launch and scaling phase.
