Role Description Title: Program Advisor - Career Counseling Certification
Location: New Delhi (Hybrid)
This is a full-time, hybrid sales role. You will be driving enrollments for our premium Career Counseling Certification program, which is backed by Boston University.
Please note: Your target audience will mainly be adults, graduates, and working professionals who want to become certified career counselors. This is a highly consultative sales role. While it definitely involves high-volume outbound calling and managing an active pipeline, we focus strictly on ethical selling—we want you to act as an advisor to find the "right fit" rather than forcing a sale. You will manage the end-to-end funnel from the first call to final enrollment and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, admissions counseling, or EdTech sales.
- Target Audience: Proven experience selling to adults, graduates, or working professionals.
- Sales Drive: Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, pipeline management, and consistently hitting enrollment targets.
- Tech Savvy: Strong hands-on experience maintaining data hygiene in CRM tools (LeadSquared, HubSpot, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a consultative, advisory approach.
- Ownership: A founder’s mindset—you are proactive and don't wait for instructions to figure out how to hit your numbers.
- Bonus: A background or strong interest in education, psychology, or career guidance is a big plus.
