Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Program Advisor / Counsellor. The Program Advisor will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing personalized counseling, understanding their self-development needs and recommending suitable programs. Day-to-day tasks include contributing to course planning, managing program schedules, ensuring smooth delivery of workshops and supporting participants in their progress. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with the training team to achieve program outcomes are essential components of this role.
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
- Experience or knowledge in counseling, client engagement, and relationship management
- Understanding of soft skills training, personal development, or related fields
- Ability to manage schedules, coordinate programs, and handle operational duties efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with online scheduling or collaboration tools
- Educational background in Psychology, Counseling, Communication, or relevant fields
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for personal growth and develoment
