Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Advisor located in Mumbai. The Program Advisor will engage with prospective learners to guide them in selecting suitable programs, provide detailed program information, and address inquiries effectively. Responsibilities include managing program enrollments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting participants throughout their learning journey. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to drive program growth and enhance learner outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide prospective learners effectively
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing enrollments and maintaining program records
- Proficiency with technology and tools for record-keeping, presentations, and learner management
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive experience
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the education sector or edtech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
