Hiring: Program Counsellor / Program Advisor (BTL Caller / Telecaller)
Location: Pune & Bangalore
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Program Counsellors / Advisors with prior experience in selling ACCA, CMA, or CFA programs. This is a high-impact inside sales role focused on driving enrollments for premium career programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to manage and convert leads for programs across Finance, Analytics, Full Stack, and Marketing
- Act as a bridge between Imarticus Learning and prospective learners
- Counsel candidates via calls, emails, chats, and social media
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets
- Generate referrals from the existing customer base to build pipeline
- Follow inside sales processes, CRM tools, and maintain data accuracy
- Maintain detailed lead interaction records and share feedback with the manager
- Ensure continuous engagement with leads till successful onboarding
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in selling ACCA / CMA / CFA courses
- Background in inside sales / BTL calling / telecalling
- Excellent communication & strong sales mindset
- Target-driven with proven conversion ability
- Immediate joiners preferred
