Job Title: Program Admissions Associate (Inside Sales)
Location: Noida Sector 62, Noida – 201309
Organization: Shiksha Nation
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and current CTC)
Timing: 10am to 7pm (6 days of working in a week)
About the Role:-
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Program Admissions Associate (Academic Counsellor) to join our growing admissions team.
In this role, you will guide prospective learners throughout their admission journey, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right learning program. If you're passionate about sales, counselling, and helping learners achieve their goals, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
🎯 Understand candidates' career goals and learning requirements to recommend suitable programs.
📚 Explain course details, curriculum, career outcomes, and program benefits.
📝 Guide learners through the complete admissions and enrollment process.
🔄 Follow up with leads regularly to maximize enrollments.
💻 Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
🏆 Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience.
Required Skills:
📞 Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
🎯 Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
💡 Basic understanding of EdTech programs and online learning.
📈 Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
📋 Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualifications:
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in EdTech Admissions, Inside Sales, or Academic Counselling.
🎓 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
⭐ Prior experience in student counselling or admissions will be an added advantage.
