Chief Product Officer

We're looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define the product vision and drive execution across this fast-scaling business. This is a pivotal executive role — owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through to launch, integration, and scale. The CPO will work closely with advice specialists and technology leaders to deliver differentiated platforms, unify product experiences, and leverage AI to create cutting-edge solutions. You'll be joining a team of super-smart developers and engineers (many with academic distinctions) where strong product leadership and crisp execution will be critical. What you'll be doing - Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, balancing disruptive innovation with regulatory discipline. - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organisation across Product Management, UX/UI, Product Operations, and Data & Insights. - Drive execution on product integration — merging, redesigning, and unifying multiple products into a single, compelling platform. - Partner closely with Technology, Engineering, Growth, and Compliance to deliver exceptional digital products at speed. - Champion customer-first design thinking and mobile-first product experiences. - Harness AI across the product suite to accelerate automation, improve advice delivery, and generate data-driven insights. - Deliver measurable growth outcomes — adoption, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
