Profile Reviewer – Dating App (Night Shift, Remote)

Location: Remote – India
Type : 7 days/week including weekends
About the Job
Intro is an LGBTQ+ dating app focused on safety and authenticity. We need sharp-eyed reviewers to check user profiles and keep the platform clean and genuine.
What You'll Do
* Review new user profiles on a dashboard
* Match profile photos with selfies to confirm real users
* Spot and remove fake or suspicious accounts
* Flag photos, bios, or names that don't meet guidelines
* Approve verified users for app features
Shift Options - 9 PM to 9 AM IST (12 hours total coverage needed)
We're open to hiring in two ways:
Option A – Split Shift
Shift 1: 9 PM – 3 AM IST
Shift 2: 3 AM – 9 AM IST
Apply for whichever slot works for you.
Option B – Full Shift : 9 PM – 9 AM IST
7 days/week including weekends for both options.
Who We're Looking For
* Good eye for spotting inconsistencies
* Reliable, honest, and able to work independently at night
* Comfortable reviewing sensitive content (dating app profiles)
* Good written and verbal communication in English
* No degree required. Freshers welcome to apply.
