Role Overview
Leverage industry expertise to deliver application-oriented teaching, mentor students, and drive industry-integrated learning, research, and innovation in emerging CSE domains.
- Job Type: Full-time/ Onsite
- Work experience: 10-12 (Academic + Industrial combined)
- Budget: 15-20 LPA
- Job Location: Yelahanka, North Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Curriculum: Deliver UG/PG courses in AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud & DevOps, Blockchain, IoT, and Full Stack. Design industry-aligned, project-based curriculum and conduct labs/workshops.
- Industry Engagement: Build partnerships for internships, live projects, and MoUs. Organize guest lectures, hackathons, and job-oriented training for students and faculty.
- Research & Innovation: Guide applied research, product development, patents, and funded/consultancy projects.
- Student Mentorship: Provide career guidance, placement training, mock interviews, and supervise capstone projects.
- Academic Contribution: Support curriculum development, accreditation (NBA/NAAC/NIRF/ABET), and institutional initiatives.
Eligibility
- Master’s in CSE or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Around 10 years industry experience; academic experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in emerging technologies, technical leadership, and product/R&D environments.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Preferred Profile
- Experience with global tech firms or startups/product companies.
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, etc.).
- Prior teaching/corporate training experience.
