Eligibility & Experience
- Ph.D. in Physical Education (Mandatory).
- Minimum 10–15 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience, preferably with prior experience as Dean / Director / Head of Department.
- Proven record of academic leadership, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
- Strong research profile with publications in reputed journals and experience in funded research projects.
Skills & Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of sports science, biomechanics, kinesiology, sports psychology, sports medicine, pedagogy in Physical Education, and physical fitness.
- Specialization in areas such as Biomechanics, Sports Medicine, Sports Psychology, Pedagogy, Racquet Sports, Combat Sports, Athletics, or allied disciplines.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute large-scale sports events and tournaments.
- Strong commitment to quality education, research excellence, and holistic student development.
