Role Description
Rama University is seeking a full-time Professor specializing in Community Health Nursing for our Kanpur campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, developing curriculum, and conducting research in the field of community health nursing. Additional responsibilities include organizing community outreach programs, guiding student projects, and participating in departmental activities. This is an on-site role that contributes to the academic and professional growth of students and the development of the community health discipline.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Community Health Nursing, Nursing Education, and Public Health practices
- Proven skills in curriculum development, student mentoring, and classroom instruction
- Research acumen, with the ability to publish in academic journals and present at conferences
- Experience in organizing healthcare or community outreach initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in Nursing with specialization in Community Health Nursing
- Prior teaching experience and familiarity with academic administration are advantageous
