Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Professor of Mechanical Engineering for an on-site role based in Chennai. The responsibilities include designing and delivering undergraduate and graduate-level courses, developing curriculum, guiding students on academic and research projects, and conducting innovative research in the field of mechanical engineering. The role also involves contributing to departmental initiatives, publishing scholarly work, and collaborating with peers on joint research projects to promote academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in curriculum development and course design in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in specialized subjects such as Robotics, Heat Transfer, and Solid Mechanics.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor students and advance innovative research projects.
• Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and active participation in academic conferences.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
• Industry experience or professional certifications related to mechanical engineering are a plus.
