Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Professor role located in Palghat, Kerala. The Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate pharmacy courses, developing and updating curriculum, mentoring students, conducting academic research, and collaborating on institutional projects. Additional responsibilities may include supervising practical sessions, participating in academic committees, and contributing to the professional and intellectual development of students.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and teaching experience in pharmacy-related subjects, including theoretical and practical aspects
- Research skills with a focus on contributing to academic publications and innovative studies
- Proficiency in curriculum development and ability to design engaging instructional materials
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills for student guidance and collaboration
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required
- Previous teaching experience in higher education is highly desirable
- Commitment to academic excellence and fostering a positive learning environment
