Roles & Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Duties
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in computer science and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, tutorials, and project guidance.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, presentations, and coursework.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely submission of grades.
Research & Publications
- Conduct high-quality research in areas of specialization.
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Apply for funded research projects and grants.
- Guide student research projects, dissertations, and internships.
Curriculum Development
- Participate in syllabus design and curriculum updates.
- Introduce emerging technologies and industry trends into coursework.
- Develop new courses, electives, and laboratory experiments.
Institutional & Administrative Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and accreditation activities.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, FDPs, and conferences.
- Support admission, examination, and placement-related activities.
- Contribute to NAAC/NBA accreditation and quality assurance processes.
Skills Required
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
