Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Develop and enhance curriculum aligned with industry and academic standards.
• Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and research activities.
• Contribute to institutional research, innovation, and publication activities.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals and participate in conferences/seminars.
• Foster industry interaction, collaborations, and consultancy activities.
• Support accreditation, NBA/NAAC documentation, and departmental development activities.
• Organize workshops, FDPs, technical events, seminars, and student engagement activities.
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning tools for effective delivery.
• Encourage students towards entrepreneurship, innovation, and career development.
• Participate actively in institutional committees, academic administration, and quality initiatives.
Desired Profile:
• Strong academic background with passion for teaching and research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation.
• Demonstrated research aptitude with publications in reputed journals/conferences.
• Commitment towards student-centric learning and outcome-based education practices.
• Industry exposure and funded research experience will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Eligibility:
Assistant Professor
• Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with First Class.
• Ph.D. preferred as per AICTE/VTU norms.
Associate Professor
• Ph.D. in relevant specialization.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.
• Proven research and publication record as per AICTE/VTU norms.
Professor
• Ph.D. in relevant specialization.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience with strong academic leadership.
• Significant research publications, funded projects, and institutional contributions preferred.
