Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor positions. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research, developing course materials, mentoring students, and contributing to academic programs. Additional responsibilities include participating in departmental activities, collaborating on institutional projects, and fostering an engaging learning environment to support student success.

Qualifications
- As per AICET/UGC Norms
- Strong expertise in teaching, course development, and subject-specific content delivery
- Research acumen with experience in publishing papers, securing research grants, and presenting at academic conferences
- Excellent mentoring and counseling skills to guide students in academics and career development
- Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and contributing towards the growth of the institution
- Master's or Doctoral degree in the relevant field is essential; PhD holders will be given preference
- Prior teaching experience and industry exposure will be considered an added advantage
