🚀 Hiring: Professional Video Editor (Short-Form + Podcast Content)
We are looking for an experienced Video Editor who specializes in short-form content and podcast videos.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with AI tools and be able to transform raw footage into high-quality, polished, professional videos.
🎬 Role & Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Edit podcast videos into full episodes and engaging clips
Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, B-roll, sound effects, and professional finishing
Improve pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
Deliver content with a premium professional quality
🤖 Mandatory Skills
Must know AI editing tools
AI subtitle/caption generation
AI voice cleanup and noise reduction
AI clip generation / highlight extraction
AI-powered workflow automation
AI-assisted visual enhancement tools
Experience using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript, Runway, OpusClip, or similar
🎓 Qualification
Graduation required
B.Com, B.Tech, or any equivalent degree
Relevant certifications in video editing or AI tools are a plus
💼 Experience
Previous hands-on experience is mandatory
Must have real project experience in:
Short-form editing
Podcast editing
Professional social media content
Strong portfolio with past work samples required
