About the Role
We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented, and highly focused professional trader to join our in-office trading team in Trivandrum. This is a hands-on role where you will actively monitor live trading accounts, manage open positions, and make real-time decisions to protect capital and maximize profitable outcomes. You will work closely with our existing trading systems and human traders, ensuring positions are handled with precision during both day and night market hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live trading positions across multiple accounts in real time.
- Identify optimal exit points to lock in profits and protect against adverse movements.
- Actively manage open trades to prevent losses, drawdowns, and potential liquidations.
- Apply strong understanding of market concepts (including Smart Money Concepts, order flow, liquidity, institutional behavior, and price action) to make informed decisions.
- Follow strict risk management rules and contribute to maintaining account safety and profitability.
- Collaborate with the team during shifts to ensure smooth 24/7 coverage of active markets.
- Potentially scale to handle multiple trader accounts and position-closing responsibilities as the firm grows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional or active trader (minimum 1–2 years of consistent live trading preferred).
- Strong understanding of trading concepts such as SMC (Smart Money Concepts), order blocks, liquidity grabs, market structure, and price action.
- Ability to stay calm, disciplined, and decisive under pressure during live market conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple screens/positions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working rotational day and night shifts (including weekends when markets are active).
- Must be able to commute to and work full-time from our Trivandrum office.
- Basic proficiency with trading platforms (MT4/MT5, TradingView, or similar) and real-time order execution.
