Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Professional Speaker at Healix Technologies Inc. Pvt. Ltd. The Professional Speaker will create and deliver engaging presentations, keynotes, and webinars on topics related to healthcare innovation, neuroscience, AI in medicine, biomedical engineering, and digital health. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing high-quality content and visual materials, tailoring messages for diverse audiences (clinicians, researchers, industry partners, students), and presenting at conferences, internal events, and online forums. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy, incorporating current research and company initiatives into talks, and contributing to thought leadership through panel discussions and media appearances. The Professional Speaker will also support community-building activities, such as hosting virtual events, moderating discussions, and providing feedback on communication strategies and educational programs.
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking, presentation design, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Experience creating educational or thought-leadership content (talks, webinars, workshops) in healthcare, neuroscience, AI, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt tone and depth for academic, clinical, industry, and general audiences.
- Comfort with remote work technologies, online event platforms, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, webinar software, shared workspaces).
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, psychology, engineering, data science, or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in research, innovation, and emerging technologies in medicine, with the ability to stay current on trends and incorporate them into content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to plan talks, manage multiple speaking engagements, and meet deadlines independently.
- Experience in community engagement, outreach, or professional development initiatives is beneficial
