We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with strong experience in high-value product sales. Candidates with a background in real estate sales will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable high-value solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in high-ticket sales (real estate preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
