Location: South & West Zone — Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Goa, Madhya Pradesh

We are expanding our sales team across the South & West Zone and looking for passionate, performance-driven professionals to grow with us.
Opening Position:-
- Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Area Business Manager (ABM)
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets across South & West Zone
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers in the region
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels
- Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team within the zone
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management
Requirements:-
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant sales experience (role-dependent)
- Prior experience handling South or West Indian markets strongly preferred
- Experience in Telecom / Mobile industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
