Duties & responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures to safeguard the office building, its occupants, assets, and confidential information.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Oversee the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including access control systems, CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and fire safety equipment.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency response services to ensure timely and effective responses in case of emergencies or security incidents.
- Investigate security incidents or breaches, such as unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees, educating them on security best practices and emergency procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new security technologies, and emerging threats to continually enhance the office premises' security measures.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors, ensuring their compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular review and update of security policies and procedures to align with changes in technology, business needs, and regulatory requirements.

- Strategic review of security services, and supply contracts to determine value for the across the sites Renegotiation and tendering where necessary in accordance with contract.

- Candidate should be Graduate
- 12 years’ experience in Facilities Management industry into IT / Banking / Corporate set up.
- What this job involves:
- Leading on-site operations
- Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. You’ll also implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you’ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. This job will also entail the question “How do I ensure the safety of my colleagues?” You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards.
- Winning our clients’ trust
- As a professional you’ll be working frequently with clients, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.
- Keeping an eye on budget and contracts
- Do you have a solid background in finance management? As the person in charge, you will take care of the site’s financial operations. Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.
