Open Positions:
1. Team Lead – Admissions
- Lead and motivate the admissions team
- Plan and execute admission strategies
- Ensure team targets and performance goals are achieved
2. Manager – Admissions
- Oversee the end-to-end admissions process
- Build and maintain relationships with students and stakeholders
- Drive enrolment growth and ensure quality outcomes
3. Admission Counsellors
- Guide and assist prospective students throughout the admission journey
- Provide accurate information regarding programs and campus life
- Achieve individual counselling and enrolment targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counselling and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for education and student success
- Relevant experience in admissions/counselling preferred
- Candidate should be willing to work from campus (Karjat location)
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and counselling abilities
- Familiarity with university admissions ecosystem
- Target-oriented approach with focus on enrolments
