Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Engagement partner to design, implement, and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, employee lifecycle, and a passion for creating a positive, high-performing workplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end engagement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive employee engagement surveys (e.g., pulse surveys, annual engagement surveys) and develop action plans in collaboration with HR Business Partners and leadership
- Plan and execute companywide /team level engagement initiatives such as events, campaigns, and recognition programs
- Manage employee lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding, milestone celebrations, exit feedback)
- Be available to employees and managers to provide operational support and guidance on team management, performance management, employee development along with the handling of "sensitive" or difficult situations.
- Ensure employee connects through one-on ones; skip level meetings, Townhalls, etc.
- Coordinate for goal setting, mid-year reviews and annual appraisal cycle
- Support managers in driving team engagement initiatives.
- Track and measure engagement metrics (participation rates, feedback scores, attrition trends).
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve engagement programs
- Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years’ experience in a generalist HR/Business HR environment and should possess the following qualifications/experience:
- Qualifications in discipline such as Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Psychology or Social Science will be highly regarded
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Proven influencing, negotiation skills and be able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creativity and problem-solving mindset
- Project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills .
- Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
In addition, one must also have the ability to work in a truly multi-cultural team environment and enjoy dealing with team members at all levels across multiple locations.
