Position Overview
Reporting to senior leadership, the Director of Client Relations will oversee DZA Diamonds’ client relationship strategy, luxury customer experience, and long-term client engagement initiatives.
You will work closely with sales, operations, production, and private client teams to ensure exceptional customer service standards while strengthening brand loyalty and high-value client relationships.
This role requires strong experience in luxury client management, relationship development, and high-end jewelry services, with the ability to build trust and deliver personalized experiences within an international luxury environment.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Develop and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients
Deliver personalized luxury client experiences and services
Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention strategies
Support private appointments and custom jewelry consultations
Luxury Client Experience
Oversee customer experience standards across all client touchpoints
Handle sensitive client requests and after-sales support
Ensure premium service quality aligned with brand standards
Improve overall client engagement and loyalty initiatives
Sales & Business Support
Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth opportunities
Assist with high jewelry presentations and private client events
Support customer acquisition and referral strategies
Monitor client preferences and purchasing behavior
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, operations, and marketing teams
Coordinate custom jewelry projects and delivery timelines
Support product launches and brand relationship initiatives
Improve communication between departments and client services
Process & Operations Optimization
Optimize CRM systems and client management workflows
Develop reporting and customer feedback tracking systems
Improve operational efficiency and customer response processes
Support service quality improvements and internal procedures
Requirements
10+ years of experience in client relations, luxury retail, or jewelry sales management
Background in fine jewelry, diamonds, luxury goods, or private client services preferred
Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and relationship management
Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage sensitive client relationships professionally
Results-driven with strong attention to detail
Experience in international luxury or jewelry businesses is a plus
