Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Production Engineer will oversee manufacturing processes, design effective production systems, ensure quality control measures are implemented, and actively partake in production planning. Other responsibilities include analyzing operational issues and seeking innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities for improving manufacturing processes
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Control practices and methods
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
