Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Worker role based in Bengaluru. The Production Worker supports the assembly and manufacturing of RF shielded enclosures and rooms, including preparing materials, operating production machinery, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Daily responsibilities include following production schedules, assisting on production lines, performing basic equipment checks, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet output targets, reporting any issues or defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide effective production assistance, including material handling and support for assembly tasks.
- Experience working on production lines, following instructions, and meeting daily production targets.
- Basic machine operation skills and comfort with using tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with quality control practices to identify and report defects or nonconformities.
- Demonstrated ability to be easily adaptable, learn new processes quickly, and work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of basic workplace safety procedures and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or electronics assembly is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
